These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Simon Learns mobile application ("Simon Learns" or the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Simon Learns is designed for early learners ages 2 to 8 and is intended to be used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By installing the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child using the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Simon Learns on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use, and only in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Simon Learns is built with child privacy in mind:
Anonymous, aggregated diagnostic data may be collected by Apple as part of standard App Store analytics, subject to your device-level privacy settings.

All content within Simon Learns — including the Simon mascot, illustrations, lesson material, audio, animations, and software — is the property of Simon Learns or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the App without prior written permission.
Simon Learns is currently offered free of charge with no in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced in the future, the relevant pricing, billing, and cancellation terms will be presented to you at the point of purchase and processed by Apple in accordance with the App Store's standard subscription policies.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Simon Learns is an educational supplement and is not a substitute for professional educational instruction or assessment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simon Learns and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available within the App and on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top reflecting any changes. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
